Choose a collection to see what goes into the house. Your own estimate lists every brand, grade and quantity, and it becomes part of the agreement.

Indicative rates and specification. Rates are for Chennai. Homes in Bengaluru and Andhra Pradesh are quoted after a site visit, because material and labour costs differ by city. Approval fees and government charges are listed separately in your estimate.
